March 1-3, 2019

Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga, as it is the yogic medicinal system with its foundation based on the same principles and philosophy as Yoga. Ayurveda keeps the body healthy in preparation for the unfolding of the self and inner exploration in Yoga. We will be determining our Prakruti (innate born constitution) and Vikruti (current doshic imbalance) and learning yoga practices and lifestyle changes to elicit deep and profound balance back into our lives. By combining the two, as done traditionally for thousands of years, we begin to unravel the challenges that we experience and develop the optimal environment (internally and externally) for health and well being.

This in-studio retreat is designed for those who may not otherwise be able to steal away for the weekend or those who just simply want to recharge the battery, connect and gain a deeper understanding of who they are. This will be a small group so that we can really connect, break down the walls, and truly see ourselves and explore the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga.

If you weren't able to make it to the sold out Ayurvedic Yoga retreat on Bowen Island this past Oct, here is your chance to experience the wisdom of these traditions without having to get away for the full weekend :)

Join Christina Harrison for this exciting weekend. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy practitioner. She studied and practiced in India in 2012 further to her Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy certification with the California College of Ayurveda director Dr. Mark Halpern in 2012. Yoga and Ayurveda are her passion and she wishes to share them with you.
